Birthday Cake – Funfetti cake, filled with vanilla custard, wrapped in vanilla buttercream and topped with a colored chocolate drip, more buttercream and sprinkles.

Very Vanilla – This cake can be decorated almost any way, moist vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream, a crowd pleaser.

Lemon Raspberry – A moist lemon cake, perfectly sweet and tart at the same time, filled with a homemade raspberry compote and wrapped in vanilla buttercream or cream cheese.
